These Terms and Conditions represent an agreement between you and Quang Thắng Cát Bà. By using our services and website, you accept these terms. Please note that these terms are subject to change at any time, and we recommend checking regularly for any updates. By continuing to use our services after any modifications, you accept those changes.

In this document, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Quang Thắng Cát Bà. “You”, “Customer”, “Passenger”, or “Client” refers to the individual or group purchasing services, tours, or any other travel-related services provided by Quang Thắng Cát Bà.

1. Pricing

All prices for tours, hotel bookings, transportation, and other services displayed on our website are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) or US Dollars. Rates are subject to seasonal updates and availability. Special promotions may apply at certain times of the year, and our consultants will inform you of any offers when you inquire.

2. Booking Process:

To book services, please contact us via email at quangthangcatbatravel@gmail.com. We will respond to your inquiry within 12 hours. Bookings will be processed once we receive your confirmation and deposit payment as outlined in our instructions.

3. Deposit

To confirm your booking, a full payment for tickets and services is required.

4. Full Payment

Full payment must be made no later than 5 days before your scheduled arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, payment must be made immediately upon confirmation. Payments can be made via cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), One Pay, or PayPal. Once your payment is completed and confirmed, we will issue official vouchers and invoices for your booking, which will be sent by email.

5. Refunds for Unused Services

No refunds or exchanges will be granted for services such as accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transportation, or any other part of the package that was not utilized.

6. Customer-requested Changes

If you need to alter your confirmed itinerary, we are happy to assist, subject to the availability and terms of the service providers. Any changes will depend on availability at the time of the request.

7. Changes by Quang Thắng Cát Bà

Occasionally, we may need to make adjustments or correct errors in our services. We reserve the right to amend or correct details at any time before or after your booking is confirmed. If changes are necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible.

8. Customer Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, we regret that we cannot provide services. Cancellations are subject to a service fee, based on the net price (excluding any discounts or promotions). Specific cancellation terms apply during peak periods such as public holidays or vacation seasons. In such cases, refunds will be determined by the service provider.

9. Force Majeure

In the event of Force Majeure (natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, strikes, war, political unrest, etc.), Quang Thắng Cát Bà reserves the right to alter or cancel services. Under these circumstances, we will not be liable for any compensation or loss resulting from such events.

10. Travel Documentation

All travelers must possess valid passports and the necessary visas or permits for their journey. Obtaining the required documentation is the sole responsibility of the customer. If needed, our travel advisors can assist with the application process. Quang Thắng Cát Bà is not liable for any issues related to travel documentation.

11. Insurance

Please note that our tours and services do not include travel insurance. We strongly recommend that you obtain your own comprehensive travel insurance before your trip. Ensure that your insurance covers the necessary levels of protection for your trip.

12. Luggage Allowance

Each traveler is allowed 20 kg of free baggage, plus limited carry-on luggage. Any excess baggage fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that all luggage must be locked according to airport regulations, and failure to comply may result in refusal of check-in.

13. Liability

Quang Thắng Cát Bà is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by the customer during the course of their trip. Customers are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political events, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

14. Claims and Disputes

In the event of any disputes or claims, both parties should attempt to resolve the issue through mutual understanding and negotiation. If negotiations fail, the dispute will be settled by arbitration through the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) at the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
